Recipe for crunchy chickpeas:

Take 2 cans of chickpeas and drain them.

Pour into a bowl and add whatever spices you fancy. I went for approx 1/4-1/2 teaspoon each of cayenne pepper & cumin. Also a sprinkle of white pepper & a good shake of seaweed. Added a splash of Soy sauce and mixed it all up. Put on a non-stick sheet in the oven.

I started at 200 C for about 15 mins (you need to check / turn them as they can burn easily). Then I turned it down to approx 150 C for about another 15-20 mins. Best advice is to keep checking and turning them every 10 mins as a burnt chickpea is not that pleasant. Once done leave to cool and chomp away
