Roughly chop an onion and dry sauté adding a splash of water or stock to prevent sticking as needed (no oil required). Add a few cloves of crushed garlic.

Mix half a teaspoon of low salt boullion in approx 2/3s mug of boiling water and add to pan.

Add in as many new potatoes as you want to eat, chopped into bite size

pieces. Also added a couple of teaspoons of dried dill, half teaspoon of white pepper, a shake of seaweed flakes. Put lid on and leave to cook for 10 mins until just tender, keeping an eye on it to make sure it doesn't dry out - top up with a little more water as required.

Add any Veg you want - I used frozen sweetcorn and peas this time but kale also works really well in this. Also added 2 cans of drained lentils. Heat through.

Sprinkle with Nutritional Yeast before serving.
