Here's your official recipe: Here's what I did: In a food processor I added a handful of walnuts, 2 rough chopped red onions, 2 carrots, 2 cloves garlic. Also a couple of tablespoons of fresh (actually frozen) coriander leaf. A small chunk of fresh ginger. About 1.5 heaped teaspoons of ground coriander & cumin. 1/2 teaspoon each of fennel seeds & smoked paprika and 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper. A sprinkle of seaweed. Whizzed it & then added a can of drained green lentils & a couple of handfuls of Oats as didn't have any cooked rice. Added another can and another handful until the texture stuck together. I forgot the flaxseeds altogether! Shaped into 4 large patties & 2 smaller ones. Baked in the oven. No salt or oil needed.
